All reservations will be reviewed and confirmed by our staff. The selected site type is subject to site availability and size restrictions.

You will receive 2 emails from reservations@rezexpert.com: an acknowledgement that your request has been sent and a confirmation. If you do not receive these emails within 24 hours of submission, please contact us as we may not have received your request.

Our 2011/2012 Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
Each reservation will be charged a deposit for the cost of the minimum stay*. Guests making multiple bookings will provide a deposit for each stay.

To avoid forfeiting the full deposit, cancellations must be made at least one week* prior to the scheduled arrival date. Service fees of $10 will be deducted from all returned deposits.

*Independence Day weekend, Labor Day Weekend and UNL Home Football Game Weekends (see calendar) require a two night minimum reservation and one month cancellation notice.
